What you’ll need:
- 1 pack of MPB Birthday Cake Cookies
- 5 servings of white chocolate chips ( I used Ghirardelli baking chips)
- 5 tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp sprinkles
- 1 mini silicon donut mold tray
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
How to prepare:
Grab your donut mold and with one of your MPB Birthday Cake Cookies break it into pieces and fill in the empty space of 6 of the donut holes. Take one tsp of sprinkles and evenly distributed to all 6 donut holes.
Next, take 2 medium microwave-safe bowls and place your chocolate chips in one and your white chocolate chips in the other. Put in half a tsp of vegetable oil in each bowl and separately microwave for about 30 seconds on medium heat. Check your chips and mix. If your chips are not filling melted or become too hard, add in more vegetable oil. Microwave at 30-second intervals and always mix after each time.
Using a spoon, spoon out a little bit of chocolate into each donut hole at random. Do the same with the white chocolate and interchange until the holes are mostly filled.
*this does not have to be perfect it’s meant to look uneven!
Using your last bit of sprinkles, sprinkle them on top of each donut hole. Place the silicon tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until frozen.
Pop them out of the mold and ENJOY! 🍫
