So I whipped up some “Cookies N’ Cream” dip because, um, do I need a reason? lol It’s pretty simple, but sometimes the simple recipes are always the best, right? I hope you all are enjoying this time of the year and I can’t wait until 2017! Big things are happening!🙊
1/2 cup @myproteinbites DIY mix (GF, unsweetened)
3 Tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup mashed/pureed spotty banana (about 1 XL banana)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Your favorite chocolate protein bar or chocolate granola crumbled up
✏️Combine @myproteinbites DIY mix with coconut flour in a large bowl, then add banana and vanilla. Mix until a batter forms.
✏️Fold in crushed protein bar/granola of choice and dip with apples or the obvious choice…a spoon!
Note: @myproteinbites DIY mix does not include a sweetener or stevia (which I actually really appreciate about it) so if it’s not sweet enough to your liking, adjust/add sweetener of choice to taste.
