Why you’ll need:
2 mini martini glasses
Piping Bag with a decorative tip of choice
1 back of My Protein Bites Lemon Drop Cookies
2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
2 tsp Leche Condensada (Condensed Milk)
2 tbsp lite cool whip
1 square of Graham Crackers
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp cooking butter
2 tbsp Fat-Free Reddi Whip cream (optional)
How to prepare:
Grab one of your MPB Lemon cookies and crumble completely into a small bowl. Grab your graham cracker square and crumble with the cookies. Cut 1/2 tbsp of butter and place in the bowl. Microwave for 20-30 seconds or until butter is melted. Mix together well and tightly pack the bottom of your martinis glasses. Place in the refrigerator while you prepare your key lime mixture.
Now, Grab your lime cut it in half and squeeze out all of the juice into a small bowl from both halves. Next, combine your cream cheese, cool whip, leche condensada, vanilla extract, and sugar together. Mix together thoroughly. Taste and add more sugar according to preference. Place mixture in the refrigerator once finished and let both items sit for 30 minutes- hour.
Once chilled, spoon in your key lime mix into a piping bag. Trace the outline of the martini glass and evenly layer (refer to picture). Once halfway up the glass, break off a piece of the cookie and place around the glass. Layer remaining key lime mix into a martini glass. Scoop a small spoonful of cool whip into the middle of the glass and top with cookie crumbs and grate some zest from the lime. Cut a small piece of lime for decoration. Top with whip cream andddd DIVE IN!
