WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Answer:
 Because our products are baked fresh and use little to none natural additives, it runs the risk of being damaged due to heat. We do not offer any refunds but we do everything we can to guarantee your satisfaction.

WHAT IS YOUR SHELF LIFE?

Answer:
 Our cookies 8-12 months. Our pancakes, kept in the freezer last 6 months. We believe in minimal additives, so we use the smallest amount of preservative possible in our cookies and pancakes.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

Answer:
 Yes, all of Protein Bites products are oat based, meaning our cookies, pancakes & DIYs are flourless. We don’t add any ingredients that may contain gluten.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALLERGEN-FRIENDLY?

Answer:
 That all depends on what the allergy is. Please refer to individual product labels for specific allergen contents. Our products are processed and packaged in a facility that processes food containing milk, eggs, wheat, nuts or soy. We follow federal guidelines to avoid cross contamination, but we suggest that people with severe allergies to these items avoid our products, and take extra caution when choosing snacks of any kind.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AUTO DELIVERY?

Answer:
 Protein Bites offers a discount of 15% when you set up a recurring auto-delivery subscription. (This does not apply to tax and shipping.) U.S. customers can order up to 12 boxes of cookies per month! You have the option to ship every 4 weeks. Shipping cost for each delivery will be a flat rate of $5.95.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Answer:
 Shipping within the U.S. (excluding HI & AK and Puerto Rico) is a $5.95 flat rate.

MY ORDER SAYS "COMPLETE." WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Answer:
 When your order says complete, it means your order has been charged, packed and shipped! You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to track your package!

MY ORDER SAYS "PENDING." WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Answer:
 When your order says pending, it means your order has been received and is in process at our facilities.
